Our authentic 1883 Weber Chuckwagon.  We use it in our ranching operation and would bring it to yours.  The wagon is in great shape and we pull it with our horses.  This wagon was purchased new from the Weber factory in Chicago, Ill. by a ranch in Nebraska.  In the mid 1960's, it was bought by a gentleman in Oklahoma.   We were lucky enough to buy the wagon from him.  It has all original paint and the pinstripping is still on the spokes.  You can tell it has been in a barn for most of its life. 

We can serve from just a few to 300.  You can chose a menu to suit your taste, but some of our favorites are:

Chicken Fried Steak, Gravy, Mashed Potatoes, and Cowboy Beans

Brisket, Potato Salad, Beans and Coleslaw

Steak, Baked Potatoes, Beans

Fajitas, Beans, Spanish Rice and Salsa

Pot Roast, Potatoes & Onions, Beans

And we always have Sourdough Biscuits, Peach, Cherry or Apple Cobbler, Fried Pies or Cowboy Bread Pudding.

Our rates depend on several factors, but it will be in the range of $15 to $20 per plate.  Just call or email us!
